The access you provide is completely up to you. We provide you with the minimal IAM permissions needed to fulfill requests. However, if you do not wish to provide any access, we can provide you with the necessary guides to deploy the recipes yourself.
- Absolutely! If you do not have an existing platform footprint, we can provide you with accounts pre-installed with your desired recipes. This approach avoids weeks of establishment pains.
- Of course! When you cancel your subscription, you will still have access to the recipes and the code. You will not be able to receive updates to the recipes, but you can continue to use them as long as you like.
- No! We also offer the purchase of certain single recipes for a one time fee of $42. For the first 30 days, you will get access to chat with an experienced engineer to ensure that it is smoothly established.
- You will recieve an invitation for a 15 minute intro call with an experienced platform engineer. We start with the call to make sure that we understand your full context and that our recipes will fit your needs. If you have signed up for a subscription, you will recieve access to a board where you can make as many requests as you need. The average turn around is 48 hours. If you purchased a single recipe, you will recieve access to this within 24 hours of the call.
